In pursuance of the provisions of section 4(1)(b)(xvi), section 5(1) and section 19(1) of the right to information act, 2005, and in supersession of the earlier orders, the followings officers of the office of the directorate of Logistics, Customs & Central Excise. New Delhi are designated as CPIO and Appellate Authority with immediate effect and until further orders.
